How do I activate Java Script on a PC with Internet Explorer?

In Internet Explorer click on the menu option "Tools" and choose "Internet options". This window should then appear.

In "Internet options" click on the "Security" tab then "Custom level". A new window will open, where you should scroll down until you come to the entry "Scripting". Enable all three options.
