Hi,

this indicates that your internet connection isn't fast enough. The video player loads a part of the film and then it starts playing it. What you can look into is our buffer feature. Have a look at the player options and set the buffer to 'Max'.

Does that help?

I have the same problem and

I have the same problem and for sure it's not the internet speed, I also tried in more two different computers, both with broadband connection, still freezing and starting all the time. Very annoying.
Any thouths.

Hi Diego, Usually the video

Hi Diego,

Usually video freezing and restarting implies a bad internet connection. Its possible that you tried at a time when the internet link at the service provider's end itself was poor. I would request you to try again.

Setting the buffer of the video player to 'Max' surely helps.

Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for the quick

Thanks for the quick reply,
unfortunately I am still having a hard time here, I am trying on a different computer and tested my connection on http://www.speedtest.net/, this is the results 2.7Mb/s. I´ve run the systems check and the buffer to max.
The videos freeze after a few seconds, takes long time and start again for more a few seconds and so on. I don't know the difference, but youtube, vimeo etc. work fine.
Sorry for being a pain, but i'm very interested in these films here and I hope i can manage to watch.

Thanks.

Hi again... Your problem is

Hi again...

Your problem is definitely to do with the Internet Connection. Not just at your end, but perhaps more with the link between your ISP and the Internet. There could also be a slower than tested speed at a given point in time due to do the Internet traffic/number of users.

Another reason could be that you are sharing your bandwidth with others (sharing your junction box) and depending on how strong your connection is and how much other users are using the speed can slow down and FotoTV films will start jumping. The best solution for this is a bit of patience or trying at a different time of day.

Also, if you’re using a radio frequency to access the Internet (WLAN), the connection to your router/modem and the computer could be damaged, thereby making your data flow slower. In this case, either move closer to the transmitter or use a cable.

I really hope you can resolve the problem at your end. We receive these complaints on and off and we have always found the cause to be the speed of connection
/bandwidth and nothing else. Perhaps you could try at a different time of the day?

I've got the same problem...

Hello there,

I am agreeing with this problem and disagreeing with the fact that you guys always blame the internet connection for it. I am sure it is not the internet connection. I don't have any problems watching other videos online but with yours. It is loading totally slow... when you try to fast forward it, it starts loading the whole thing over again. Why? This is taking hours for me to watch one video on your website. It is pretty frustrating and annoying.
And I can only say that I am really regretting to have paid that fee to watch more videos on your page than a usual watcher.
I won't do this again.

I am quite disappointed from this website, technically, informational and regarding the waste of time for some videos, which are absolutely not professional. In my point of view that is, anyways.

Best regards,

Shi

Hmmm this is not nice

I have to agree with Shi Chi.
There is no way we could rewind and play loaded movie without reloading it from beginning.I thing Fototv should do something about it.
