Why can’t I hear anything when I play videos?
First please check the volume control on your computer. Remember to also look at the volume on the program you’re using, such as Real Player or Windows Media Player, as this could be affecting your computer’s general volume. Make sure your system has the following requirements:
- Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 or higher
- Windows operating system 2000/XP/Vista with the latest updates installed
- MAC OS X 10.3 operating system or more recent, updates installed
- Internet Explorer 5.0 as browser, Firefox 1.1 (2.0.0.2 for Mac) Safari 1.0 or more recent
- Broadband Internet connection with a minimum of 600 Kb/s
